Our primary focus has always been on advancing academic interests. To support this, we regularly conduct CME programs aimed at educating residents in various specialties, particularly urology and nephrology.
To further enhance our academic initiatives, we have introduced the DNB program. Our institute is accredited by the National Board of Examinations to offer the DNB program in Urology. The DNB Urology program began in 2022 with 2 residents per year.

Residency Doctors
A resident is a physician who works under the supervision of a senior clinician, known as an attending physician, in their chosen specialty. Residency programs vary in length, typically spanning from two to seven years, depending on the specialty. Following medical school, most doctors enter a residency program to receive advanced training. The majority of physicians pursue residency to gain specialized expertise, with the duration of training varying by specialty.
